Pernah baca tips2 health care or any kind of tips? Latest yang aku baru baca is 10 perkara yang merosakkan otak (dalam bahasa lembutnya perkara2 yang buat kau jadi bodoh). Aku bukan nak share pasal tips2 ni. Tu korang boleh carik sendiri.
Tips2 macam tu, if you notice, they all have a similarity. Tak perlu susah2 rujuk sana sini nak cari ways to improve your life, no matter whether it's physically or spritually. Kat bawah aku bagi beberapa contoh tips2 yang korang semua dah tau, tapi maybe tak perasan the trend.
1. Terlebih atau kurang tido ----> slows and and damages your brain
2. Kurang exercise ----> ni common sense.
3. Banyak mengeluh ----> maksudnya kau kurang nilai bersyukur
4. Hati selalu resah & tak tenang ----> kurang bace Qur'an
There will be moments in your life where you'll feel like, your head is
empty and you're feeling soulless. You stood there wondering, what else should you do to fulfill your life. Kita ni sibuk sangat dengan hal2 dunia sampai kita lupa apa sebenarnya the very reason we're sent down here on earth (51:56).
Dalam khutbah Jumaat few weeks back, this one brother said, we Muslim should live like a mobile phone. It couldn't go for a couple of days without having to recharge. Whether it is seeking the knowledge of the Deen or simply reciting several pages of Al-Qur'an, we have to feed our spirits. For the record, you will better physically too. Trust me.
Back to the original topic, aku sebenarnya tak berape fresh sangat when i'm writing this. Maka contoh2 yang aku bagi kat atas tu maybe terlalu simple, not really thought provoking examples.
Senang cerita macam ni lah. Kesemua tips2 yang kau bole jumpe dalam dunia ni ada unsur-unsur dan nilai-nilai Islam. Tak bole lebih & kurang? Itu zuhud. Nak jage disiplin diri? Jaga solat kau. Terasa nak buat maksiat? Ingatlah mati. Aku selalu diajar, Islam itu syumul, menyeluruh. Semua aspek dalam hidup kite ade diajar dalam Islam.
